How much is shipping for my order?

Do you ship internationally?

If you’re looking to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or internationally, send an email to orders@hausmotif.com with your name, shipping address, phone number, and the product names and quantities you're interested in. We'll respond in a timely manner with a custom shipping quote for you. Just a note: our shipping quotes do not include duties and taxes - just the cost of shipping the order. Recipient is responsible for paying duties and taxes for the package.

Where can I check the status of my order?

When your order ships, you’ll get an email from us right away. Open the email, and your tracking information will be provided. If you do not see an order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation, check your spam. If it is still nowhere to be found, please reach out to our team at orders@hausmotif.com

How long does it take my order to ship?

In-stock items will ship within three to five business days from the time the order is placed. You should receive the order within seven business days from the time of shipping, depending on your location and chosen shipping option.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?

It’s not something we typically offer, but we can put together a custom quote for you. Expedited and overnight rates vary drastically, based on the products ordered and geographic location of the customer. Please reach out to orders@hausmotif.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
