How do I process my return?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Please visit our return portal to start the returns process here. Upon receiving your return, we will issue a refund to your original debit card or credit card payment method within 3-10 business days.
Will my order be charged sales tax?
Depends! Where do you live? In accordance with federal tax laws, we collect sales tax on all purchases in any state that requires us to do so. Rates vary based on shipping address. If the order is taxable, shipping charges are also taxable.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items and let us know within 48hrs of receipt of any issues or damages. Email us at orders@hausmotif.com
